The action "Process/Script Execution" allows you to execute programs and scripts which shall run automated tasks.
Action is enabled |
This option sets whether the action will be executed or not. |
Name |
The name of the action (max. 255 characters). Choose a meaningful name to clearly identify the action. |
Description |
An optionally description for the action (max. 512 characters). |
Enable Logging |
This option sets if the execution of the action should be logged to the action log. |
Host |
Here you can choose a host in your network on which you want to execute a program or script. Also you can enter the host name or its IP address manually (max. 255 characters). |
Credentials |
Here you can either select an existing credential set or create a new one by inserting a display name, an username and a password. |
Filepath |
Here you can choose the path to the program or script you want to execute. Also you can enter in manually (max. 255 characters). |
Arguments |
Here you can set additional arguments which will be passed to the program or script (max. 255 characters). |
Add Variable |
With this button you can select from the available variables which you can use in the arguments. |
Working Directory |
Here you can set the working directory in which the program or script shall be executed (max. 255 characters). |
