Helper class for synchronization of FileTypeItems and Items in the FilterCombo.

	Name	Description
	procedure Add(const pDisplayName: string; const pFilterMask: string);	Adds the Item with the given display name and filter mask.
	procedure EndUpdate; override;	Notifys the FilterCombo that the Items need to be refreshed.
