Local interface for previewhandlers that do support highlighing.

	procedure ScrollTo(const pPosition: integer);	Scroll to a character position.
	function SelectString(const pPhrase: string; const pOptions: TSelectionOptions): integer;	Tells the previewhandler to highlight the passed string.
