Specifies how long the user must pause with the mouse before an item is selected.
property HoverTime;
Use HoverTime to indicate how long (in milliseconds) the user must pause with the mouse before an item is selected. If HoverTime is –1 (the default value), a default time period must elapse. HoverTime has no effect unless the HotTrack property is true.
