Please include the following information with all support requests:

•The version of ShellBrowser you are running

•The version of your operating system

•Description of your problem. Please provide as much information as possible so we can reproduce the problem if necessary. Whenever possible please provide the call stack of an exception.

Please make sure you tell us as much information as you can about the problem you are experiencing, including any error or warning messages that may have been displayed.
