Show Deletion Requests

Overview

Deletion requests can be viewed and answered here in accordance with the dual control principle.

Own requests cannot be answered, as this would contradict the dual control principle.

To access this page the logged in user requires the "Can Answer Deletion Requests" privilege that can be set in the Users settings.

Open Requests Grid

All open requests are shown in this grid. They are loaded on entering the page. Your logged in users requests are shown in gray color and can't be answered by himself.

Create Response: Proceeds to create a response for the request selected in the grid. Alternatively, the request can also be double clicked in the list.

Reload: Reloads the list of open requests.

When you have selected a request and clicked the Create Response button, you are ready to enter details for the response and verify it before sending.

Response Type: You can reject or confirm the request for all mails; or you can select a subset of mails in the request for confirmation, effectively declining the request for all deselected mails.

Response Note: This is required if you reject the request, but is optional when you confirm it.

Logged in as: Shows the currently logged in user. The response will be created in his name.

Mails in Request: Shows mails that will be affected by the confirmation of the request. If the selected response type allows it, you can deselect mails using the check box column in the grid.

Content Preview for Selected Mail: Shows the content of the mail that is currently selected in the "Mails in Request" grid.

Send Response: Answers the request with the configured response.

Request History Grid

Shows all the answered requests with their corresponding responses in a tree view. The Executed column shows whether the request has been executed already: For denied requests, this is never the case. Confirmed requests enter a queue and are executed asynchronously.

Reload: Reloads the request history list.
