Retention policy options

Here you can configure if you want to use the retention policy and how long messages should be kept in the archive.
If the retention policy is activated, messages that are older than the specified number of months will be completely removed from the archive.

 

Please be aware that decreasing the number of months below 120 could violate legal restrictions.
