The action "Microsoft Teams Notification" allows you to send messages to a Microsoft Teams channel, for example to inform users about a possible error.
Action is enabled |
This option sets whether the action will be executed or not. |
Name |
The name of the action (max. 255 characters). Choose a meaningful name to clearly identify the action. |
Description |
An optionally description for the action (max. 512 characters). |
Enable Logging |
This option sets if the execution of the action should be logged to the action log. |
Webhook URL |
The webhook URL of a Teams channel. It can be generated in the settings of a channel under "Connectors" -> "Incoming Webhook". Special rights may be required to generate a webhook URL. (max. 255 characters) |
Title |
The title of the post. It will be shown over the message in MicrosoftTeams. (max. 255 characters) |
Summary |
A summary of the message (optional). The summary will not be shown in Microsoft Teams itself, but is typically used by certain notifications, e.g. push notifications on mobile devices. (max. 255 characters) |
Message Template |
The template of the message. Basic Markdown for text formatting is supported. (max. 3999 characters) |
