The action Outlook task allows you to create a new Outlook task for a specified user.
Action is enabled |
This option sets whether the action will be executed or not. |
Name |
The name of the action (max. 255 characters). Choose a meaningful name to clearly identify the action. |
Description |
An optionally description for the action (max. 512 characters). |
Enable Logging |
This option sets if the execution of the action should be logged to the action log. |
Exchange Server |
Here you can enter the host name or ip address of an exchange server running EWS (max. 255 characters). |
Credentials |
Here you can either select an existing credential set or create a new one by inserting a display name, an username and a password. |
Target Mailbox |
Here you can set the mailbox of the user in which you want to create the task (max. 255 characters). If the field stays empty the default mailbox of the user identified by the provided credentials will be used. |
Start in x days |
Here you can set the number of days between the creation of the task and its start date. |
Due in x days |
Here you can set the number of days between the creation of the task and its due date. |
Priority |
Here you can set the priority of the task. You can choose between low, normal and high. |
Remind |
Here you can set if there should be a reminder or not. |
Remind in x days |
Here you can set the number of days between the creation of the task and its reminder. |
Reminder Time |
Here you can set the time of the day for the reminder. |
Subject |
Here you can set a subject for the task (max. 255 characters). |
Message Template |
Here you can set the text displayed inside the body of the task (max. 3999 characters). |
