Add Scan Dialog > Scan Novell Netware

This section contains some hints when scanning Novell Netware servers.

Limitations of Novell Netware scans:

1. Unfortunately the Netware client for Windows does not support information about compression and file owners through standard Windows API functions, so SpaceObServer is not able to report correct values here.

When your Novell Netware scan is not running, please check the following:

1. Do you use an login for "SpaceObServer scan service" with sufficient permissions?

2. On 64 bit operating System: Ensure that the Novell Client installed on your system has the same bittness as SpaceObServer.
