Options

The Options dialog can be opened using appropriate menu item in the “Tools” menu, or the adequate toolbar item. It allows you to change the view, export, scan service or database connection options of SpaceObServer.The following pages are available:

View

General General settings influencing the scan behaviour of SpaceObServer.

Details Configure the columns shown in the Details view of SpaceObServer.

File Groups Configure the file groups in the Extensions view of SpaceObServer.

Duplicates Customizes settings for the Duplicate Files view.

Distributions Customize the intervals and the used file date / size of the Distributions graphs.

Top Files Customizes settings for the Top Files view.

Export

Printer Configure printer settings for SpaceObServer.

PDF Configure the PDF file report of SpaceObServer.

Excel Configure the Microsoft Excel file report of SpaceObServer.

HTML Configure the HTML file report of SpaceObServer.

CSV Configure the CSV (comma-separated-values) file report of SpaceObServer.

Text Configure the plain text file report of SpaceObServer.

Email Configure email settings for SpaceObServer.

System

Database Configure the settings for the database connection.

Service Set options for the SpaceObServer Agent.
