Options

Opens the options dialog for SpaceObServer.

Group all Scans in Container

Groups all visible scans in a so-called Container (See "Containers").

Move items

Opens the Move items dialog  to move, archive or delete items from your hard drive. To check items of the Details view activate the "Show Checkboxes " option in the "View" menu or select the desired items.

Show Previous Scan Sizes

Shows the sizes of a previous scan date for the selected file system tree.
Note: This is not a backup feature! The existing file structure will not be changed by this option. Archived information of the database are used for this feature, so no date before the first scan time can be chosen.

Deactivate Previous Sizes

Deactivates a chosen "Show Previous Scan Sizes".

Empty Recycle Bin

Deletes all items in the recycle bin to free up disk space.

Add/Remove Software

Opens the Windows Control Panel applet to add/remove software.

Configure Windows System Restore

Defines how much space the Windows System Restore feature can use on your local hard drive.

Connect Network Drive

Opens a window that allows you to connect a network drive to a drive letter.

Note: SpaceObServer does not necessarily need a drive letter in order to scan a drive. UNC-Paths like "\\Server\Share" are also supported.
