With SpaceObServer you can scan local SharePoint servers (OnPremise) and SharePoint Online sites, using the SharePoint REST API.

To scan a SharePoint site, simply select "SharePoint" as Scan-Type when adding a new scan target, and configure the servername, path and credentials to use for scanning.

SpaceObServer also supports multi-factor authentication with certificate file if it is registered with the Azure AD.
