Notification Template

Here you can set the default template which will be used for new notification actions. For the Subject and Body you can use variables which will be replaced with appropriate content while a notification action is executed. For example the variable "[$Name$] will be replaced with the sensor name. Changing the template will only affect new notification actions.

Subject

Here you can set a subject which for example will be displayed by the Email Notification.

Body

Here you can set the body which will be used in a notification.

Add Variable

With this button you can choose from the available variables which you can use in your notification.

Regard that here are only displayed common variables. When you create a notification action for a concrete sensor you can choose from more, sensor specific variables (for example the path which shall be check by the Directory Sensor).
