Outlook

Add Outlook Contact

Opens the Outlook dialog for adding a contact. The selected contacts information is automatically entered in the dialog.

Open Outlook Contact

The selected contact is opened in Outlook, if existing. Else this button is shown grayed out.

New Email

Opens a new Outlook Email. In the settings dialog, you can determine which contact information will be preset for the subject and the content of the email.

New Task

Opens the Outlook dialog for creating a new task. The settings allow you to set contact information, which will be preset in title and body of the task.

 

External Application

Open with External Application

If an application was set in the settings, it will be opened with this button.

Execute Web Request

If a web request was defined in the settings, it will be executed with this button.

 

 

Contact

Update Contact Information

The selected contact is looked up one more time to retrieve new information or refresh old information about it.

Reset Contact Information

The selected contacts information is deleted, and the contact is looked up one more time to retrieve its information.

Add New Contact

Opens a dialog for creating a new contact.

Edit

Opens a dialog for editing the selected contact.

Delete Entry

Removes the selected contact from the table.

 

Contact Search

Reverse Lookup

Opens a dialog to enter a phone number, which is used to look up a contact with all the activated look-up plug-ins in the settings.

 

Clipboard

Copy

Copies the contact information of the selected contact to the clipboard.

Copy Phone Number

Copies the selected contacts phone number to the clipboard.
