Call on line [LineName] |
The number in the text box of the phone bar is called on the shown line. |
Answer on line [LineName] |
The call on the respective line is answered. |
Hang Up |
The call on the selected line is hung up. |
Hold / Resume |
The Hold feature "suspends" the caller or the called party on the line. The recording device (e.g. microphone) and playback device (e.g. speakers) are shut off. Resume continues the previously held call. |
Redirect Call to... |
Opens a dialog to connect the active call to another line. |
Add Outlook Contact |
Opens the Outlook dialog for adding a contact. The retrieved contact information is automatically entered in the dialog. |
Open Outlook Contact |
The selected contact is opened in Outlook, if existing. Else this button is shown grayed. |
New Email |
Opens a new Outlook Email. In the settings dialog, you can determine which contact information will be preset for the subject and the content of the email. |
New Task |
Opens the Outlook dialog for creating a new task. The settings allow you to set contact information, which will be preset in title and body of the task. |
New Journal Entry |
Opens the Outlook dialog for creating a new journal entry. The settings allow you to set contact information, which will be preset in title and body of the journal entry. |
External Application
Open with External Application |
If an application was set in the settings, it will be opened with this button. |
Execute Web Request |
If a web request was defined in the settings, it will be executed with this button. |
Contact Search
Reverse Lookup |
Opens a dialog to enter a phone number, which is used to look up a contact with all the activated look-up plug-ins in the settings. |
Copy Phone Number |
Copies the selected entries phone number to the clipboard. |
