The context menu of the Call History provides you with the following commands:
Dial: [Called Number] |
Dials the number of the call history entry on the currently selected line. |
Delete Entry/Entries |
Removes the selected entry/entries from the table. |
Add/Edit Contact |
Opens a dialog for adding/editing a contact associated with the selected call history entry. |
Open Outlook Contact |
The selected contact is opened in Outlook, if existing. Else this button is shown grayed. |
New Email |
Opens a new Outlook Email. In the settings dialog, you can determine which contact information will be preset for the subject and the content of the email. |
New Task |
Opens the Outlook dialog for creating a new task. The settings allow you to set contact information, which will be preset in title and body of the task. |
New Journal Entry |
Opens the Outlook dialog for creating a new journal entry. The settings allow you to set contact information, which will be preset in title and body of the journal entry. |
Start Websearch |
If a web site was set in the settings, it will be opened by the standard browser. The placeholders in the URL, if any used, will be replaced by the respective contact information. |
Copy Phone Number |
Copies the selected entries phone number to the clipboard. |
Copy Contact Info |
Copies the contact information of the selected contact to the clipboard. |
Close All Groups |
Closes all groups in the table. |
Open All Groups |
Opens all groups in the table. |
