In the Profile Properties you can define general settings for sorting and processing received emails. |
'Bounced Mail' shows your options for managing bounces. If an email cannot be delivered, the mailing system will automatically send the email back to the sender. This automatic response mail is called a 'bounced mail' (or simply a 'bounce'). It contains the failed recipient address and in most cases the reason for failure. |

In this tab you can manage your subscriptions. SmartSerialMail scans the subject line of a received email and tags this mail as subscription, if the subject contains a specified term (usually a word like 'subscribe'). In case of a subscription, the subscriber's email address will be added to the recipients list of the current profile and is ready to be used for your next newsletter or email. |

In the log you can see the processed transactions and analyze potential sources of errors. Any retrieve of returns will be logged. |
