Outlook

Scans one or more local Outlook mailboxes.

Note

Outlook must be running, and both programs must run in the same user context. For example, if you start TreeSize as an administrator, Outlook must also run as an administrator. Only mailbox data that is available locally on the computer is analyzed; items that are stored exclusively on a Microsoft Exchange Server are not included.

Mailbox:

Select the mailbox you want to analyze. Choose “All mailboxes” to scan every available mailbox at once.

Subpath (optional):

Restrict the scan to a specific folder within the mailbox (for example a single subfolder) instead of scanning the entire mailbox.

Alternatively, you can start a scan by entering the mailbox directly into the drop-down box above the directory tree, for example outlook://user@provider.com (your mail address).
