SSHΒΆ

Scans a Linux or Unix file system over the SSH protocol, even if the server is not integrated into your Windows environment.

Server name:

The address of the server to connect to, for example myserver or myserver:2222 if it uses a non-standard port.

Path (optional):

The directory on the server to analyze. Leave this empty to start from the default location.

Username:

The user name for authenticating on the server.

Password:

The password for authenticating on the server.

You can also enter the address of the server share directly into the drop-down box above the directory tree using this syntax: ssh://servername/share.

Note

TreeSize will request the login information (user name and password) for the SSH connection. Alternatively, you can include these directly in the address: ssh://user:password@servername/share.
